About The Position
Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate for their Meadowood Mall location. This role is ideal for someone who wants a flexible schedule that fits their lifestyle, stepping in during peak hours to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Flex Sales Associate will be a brand ambassador, responsible for driving sales, engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and upholding store standards. This position requires a results-oriented seller with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who is comfortable with a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Demonstrate you are a results-oriented seller.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches).
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
