About The Position
Pandora @ Pacific Centre is seeking a Part Time Flex Sales Associate. As the largest jewellery brand in the world, Pandora gives a voice to millions of people’s loves every day through beautiful products that empower self-expression. This role is for individuals who can dream big, dare to act, and deliver with care and passion. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This is a flexible part-time role designed to fit your lifestyle, where you will support store operations during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to their loves.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Developed 'Care' in communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
- Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
- Reliable support and ability to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
