About The Position
Pandora @ The Oaks Mall / Gainesville is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate. As the largest jewellery brand in the world, Pandora empowers millions of people to express themselves through their beautiful products. This role is for an ultimate Pandora Fan responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. The Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) role is designed to fit your lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. A salary range of $14.10 - $17.60 commensurate with experience is offered.
Requirements
- Demonstrate you're a results-oriented seller.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
