About The Position
Sunglass Hut is seeking a Sales Associate for its shop-in-shop inside Bass Pro Shops. Sales Associates provide an authentic, energetic customer experience and help customers find premium-quality eyewear suited to their needs, lifestyle, and preferences. The role contributes to sales goals while building lasting customer relationships and maintaining a welcoming, clean, organized, and visually appealing store. The position offers hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals and store leadership. The associate is expected to contribute to a positive and inclusive environment for customers and colleagues. This is a seasonal/temporary position.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for helping customers and creating positive customer experiences.
- Communication skills to engage customers and support sales.
- Comfort using technology and accuracy when handling transactions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, stay motivated, and remain resilient.
- Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, and ability to help customers find a suitable look.
