About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic shopping experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, recommend eyewear suited to individual lifestyles and preferences, and contribute to sales goals. Associates receive hands-on training and work with their team and leadership to deliver customer service and maintain a welcoming, clean, organized, and visually appealing store. The role also supports an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
