About The Position

The Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store and provides excellent customer service. Duties may include greeting customers, cashier responsibilities, answering product-related questions, product assembly, general housekeeping, and other duties assigned by the manager. The listed pay range is $13.00–$14.50, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the retail store and assist with customer service questions.
• Price merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
• Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
• Assist with receiving freight and organize incoming products as directed by store management.
• Assist with cycle counts.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
• Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
• Handle cash accurately.
• Handle customer returns.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
