About The Position

The Cashier interacts with customers as they enter and leave the retail store, with the primary function of providing excellent customer service. The role includes greeting customers and assisting with service questions, answering incoming telephone calls, processing transactions using the KCX cash register system, handling cash accurately, pricing and stocking merchandise as requested by store management, and handling customer returns. Other duties may be assigned. Hours vary, and occasional night or weekend coverage assistance may be needed.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Stand for long periods.
• Frequently bend and twist.
