About The Position

Club Pilates is seeking a Sales Associate for their Indian Trail location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, closing sales, and being part of a supportive team. Club Pilates, founded in San Diego in 2007, is the world's largest boutique Pilates brand, committed to helping people live stronger, healthier lives through a modernized approach to Joseph Pilates' original Reformer-based Contrology Method. The sales team is crucial in bringing new members into the community.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Dependability; team and members can count on you.
  • Comfortable speaking with people one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced shift with professionalism and energy.
  • Coachability; willingness to receive and implement feedback.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

  • Fitness experience is helpful.
  • Strong sales instincts and dependability matter more than fitness experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full sales cycle, including lead follow-up, studio tours, and closing sales using a natural, conversation-first approach.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and demonstrate how Club Pilates can meet them.
  • Sell memberships, private training sessions, teacher training programs, and retail products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and track personal metrics.
  • Engage in community outreach, including local events, farmers markets, health fairs, business partnerships, and neighborhood activations.
  • Provide excellent service to current members to ensure retention and referrals.
  • Utilize ClubReady software for pipeline management, activity logging, and lead queue management.
  • Participate in regular coaching and feedback sessions to foster growth and development.
