This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple DVPs and the broader team, including preparing sales and asset reports, managing communications, maintaining databases, and coordinating meetings and schedules. The position also supports marketing and business development activities, such as organizing national dealer events, managing promotional materials, preparing updates, and assisting with expense and activity reporting, with occasional participation in after‑hours marketing functions. This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
