About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor and collaborate with the team to create personalized customer experiences in an inviting environment. The position is part-time at the Barracks Road store in Charlottesville, Virginia. The listed pay range is $12.77–$15.95 per hour. Benefit availability depends on employment type, role, and eligibility requirements.

Requirements
