About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you serve as a brand ambassador by building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain a beautiful, organized sales floor with merchandise in its proper place, and work collaboratively with your team to create personalized customer experiences in an inviting store environment. The role includes using technology and available tools to support an omnichannel shopping experience, staying informed about company priorities and promotions, and partnering with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations.

Requirements
