About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store beautiful by ensuring merchandise is organized and displayed in the right places on the sales floor. You work with your team to create personalized customer experiences and maintain an inviting sales-floor environment.

The role includes listening to customers’ needs, sharing product knowledge and styling recommendations, and using personalized service to build brand loyalty. You uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center of your work. You use technology to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations, and build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
