Sales Associate – Optical – Part Time – Bilingual Spanish

About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming phone calls, keep the store clean and organized and merchandise it to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. Duties and work practices may vary to meet state licensing or credential requirements. The store is closed every Sunday.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
