About The Position

Flight Club Sales Associates are enthusiastic, results-driven, and team-oriented. As a primary representative of Flight Club and a driver of sales, the Sales Associate provides an engaging, exceptional experience that exceeds client expectations. The role calls for strong communication, an understanding of customer needs, relationship-building skills, and a passion for people and sneakers. This is a part-time, seasonal position.

Requirements

At least 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Passion for and knowledge of sneakers and fashion.
Approachable, a good listener, and an enthusiastic brand representative.
Effective and quick problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a “no task too small or too large” mentality.
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to exceed sales goals.
Ability to relate to and identify with Flight Club values.

Responsibilities

Maximize sales by delivering excellent customer service, product knowledge, and brand history.
Provide each customer with an elevated and unmatched Flight Club experience.
Greet, acknowledge, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
Maintain all sales floor standards.
Continuously develop sneaker, fashion, and product knowledge to serve as an expert to customers.
Build professional, positive relationships with clients and team members.
Support business scheduling needs and comply with time and attendance policies.
Answer store phones professionally while providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and brand history.
Assist with operational tasks to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning.
Represent Flight Club's core values inside and outside the workplace.
Remain flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
