About The Position

The Sales Associate supports the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals and initiatives. The associate represents the brand professionally, engages customers, maintains store standards, and supports teamwork. The role includes customer service and point-of-sale transactions, maintaining merchandise and inventory presentation, housekeeping, and following loss-prevention procedures. The position is in an adult content environment and requires physical work, including lifting and moving packages, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing store maintenance. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Must be available to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and holidays.
Ability to use a retail POS system and inventory scanner.
Ability to make change using American monetary units.
Ability to receive both positive and constructive feedback from the Store Leadership Team.
Ability to lift 50 pounds safely without restrictions.
Ability to lift and move large, heavy packages and boxes rapidly and continuously throughout a scheduled shift.
Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, carry products, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Ability to perform regular store maintenance, including sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, and cleaning.
Ability to use and climb ladders and/or step stools.
Ability to perform repetitive motions such as hanging, folding, and ringing up customers.
Ability to use caution with difficult customers, houseless people, and/or transients and avoid confrontations.

Responsibilities

Stay aware of customer activity and respond with urgency, prioritizing customer assistance over other tasks.
Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services, including Loyalty Programs, to build sales and minimize returns.
Use sound judgment to address customer concerns effectively.
Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the point of sale.
Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented.
Follow company standards for merchandise presentation, signage, and displays.
Perform daily housekeeping duties to company standards.
Protect company assets by following Loss Prevention procedures.
Contribute proactively to a flexible and enjoyable team atmosphere.
Share suggestions, ideas, and concerns constructively with Store Leadership.
Take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
