About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is hiring Sales Associates immediately for individuals who are motivated, competitive, and ready to earn at a high level. This role is best suited for individuals who are consistent, coachable, and comfortable working in a structured sales process with high customer engagement. No automotive sales experience is required. We provide training on product knowledge, sales process, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Effective communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
• Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Sales, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers in person, online, and over the phone
• Present and demonstrate luxury vehicles professionally
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and prospects
• Guide customers through the buying process
• Close sales and build long-term relationships
