About The Position

America's Best is part of National Vision, one of the largest optical retailers in the United States, with over 1,000 stores. The Sales Associate helps deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role includes helping customers choose eyewear, dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses, maintaining customer and patient records, communicating order status, and keeping the store organized and visually merchandised. Some duties may vary by location to comply with state laws governing required licenses or credentials.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training, as permitted by state law.
Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
