About The Position

The Tile Shop is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to work in its showroom with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals. The associate helps customers select products that fit their space, style, and budget; educates them about product installation and use; and builds lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service. The role also involves tracking individual sales goals and store orders, keeping customers updated on products, meeting personal sales expectations, and contributing to team goals. The position pays $16–$19 per hour, depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, and is scheduled for 20–30 hours per week.
