About The Position

LOFT creates modern, feminine, versatile clothing for women and aims to empower women to express themselves confidently. As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, create authentic customer connections, and guide customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, well-organized sales floor and collaborate with your team to deliver personalized customer experiences in an inviting environment. The role is regular, part-time, and based at Store 1683-Legacy Place in Dedham, Massachusetts. The pay range is $15.00–$18.75 per hour. Benefits are subject to employment type, role, and eligibility requirements.

Requirements

Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
