About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who builds authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor and collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences in an inviting store environment. The role uses brand behaviors, product knowledge, technology, and available tools to support customer service, loyalty, and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations and build productive relationships with teammates.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
