About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor, you serve as a brand ambassador, create authentic connections with customers, and guide their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor with merchandise in its proper place and collaborate with the team to deliver personalized customer experiences in an inviting environment.

The role includes using brand behaviors and personalized service to build customer loyalty, maintaining visual and operational standards, using technology and available tools to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, and partnering with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations. This is a regular part-time position at The Woodlands Mall in The Woodlands, Texas.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
