About The Position

Clarks is hiring seasonal, part-time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. The role involves delivering a positive customer experience, maintaining merchandise and store presentation, and representing the Clarks brand. Associates must be able to stand for extended periods, bend frequently, climb and move ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow loss prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
