About The Position

Clarks is hiring seasonal part-time Sales Associates to join its retail team. Sales Associates support store sales and customer service, maintain merchandise and back stock, and contribute to an appealing store environment. They represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention procedures, and complete assigned tasks while helping create a comfortable workplace for colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are placed properly.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
