About The Position
Clarks is hiring seasonal part-time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. Sales Associates deliver positive sales performance, provide customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, and help maintain an appealing store environment. They represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention and shrinkage procedures, and contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The role involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed.
