About The Position
The Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO drives sales while creating a great in-store experience. The role supports customers, contributes to store presentation and daily operations, and helps foster a positive, inclusive environment. The position reports to the Store Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the retail or service industry.
- Deep interest in fashion.
- Customer-first attitude and natural ability to connect with people.
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to stay on feet and lift up to 35 lbs. (approximately 16 kg).
Responsibilities
- Meet individual sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
- Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising and displays.
- Follow company policies and procedures, particularly those concerning payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
- Support daily operations, including restocking and back-store tasks.
- Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
