As a Sales Associate, you are a welcoming presence in a customer-centered environment grounded in hospitality. You connect with customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service while contributing to store performance and a positive team environment. This is a temporary, part-time position at the Round Rock Premium Outlet store in Round Rock, Texas.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
