About The Position

The Support Associate works in both the back of house and on the sales floor, managing inventory processes that help the customer experience run smoothly. The role includes processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, keeping merchandise organized and available, and communicating inventory needs to the team. The Support Associate upholds brand standards and contributes to a positive, collaborative team culture while helping maintain a customer-focused store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Passion for the brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.

Responsibilities

• Properly receive, store, and ticket merchandise to support replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
• Keep the team informed about inventory needs.
