About The Position

A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role focuses on personalized customer engagement, supporting sales across the floor, using technology to complete transactions and locate or order products, and collaborating with teammates to share product knowledge and styling ideas. The Sales Associate also supports shipment and omni order fulfillment, maintains floor stock, and upholds Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer in focus.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in or enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand (Anthro brand fan).

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support a selling environment across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Provide Store Leadership with insights and feedback related to the customer and employee experience.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked products.
Contribute to omni order fulfillment while maintaining stock levels on the sales floor.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards and stay current on merchandising updates.
