About The Position

A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role engages customers in personalized conversation, supports selling across the sales floor, and uses technology to complete transactions, locate products, and place orders for items not available in store. The associate builds productive relationships with peers, shares product knowledge and trend information, and contributes to positive team morale. The role also supports shipment and omni order fulfillment processes, maintains floor stock, and upholds Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center of the experience.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in or affinity for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights and feedback about the customer and employee experience with Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling contribute to the store’s business on every shift.
Support shipment processes and learn about new and restocked products.
Contribute to omni order fulfillment while maintaining stock levels on the floor.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards and stay current on merchandising updates.
