About The Position

A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role supports customer service and selling on the sales floor, teamwork and communication, and visual and business operations. The position is located at 4533 West Kestrel Range Road, Riverton, Utah, 84096.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support a selling environment throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights about customer and employee experiences and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes, learn about new and restocked products, and contribute to omni order fulfillment while maintaining floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer, and stay current on merchandising updates.
