About The Position

The Full-Time Sales Associate assists the store management team with daily store operations, including customer service, sales, merchandising, and other assigned duties. The role is expected to be performed professionally, courteously, reliably, and with a results-oriented approach. Associates help customers identify and select suitable products, maintain the sales environment, support store standards, and contribute to operational compliance and loss prevention. The standard work week is a minimum of 35 hours and a maximum of 40 hours.

Requirements

Excellent command of English to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with minimal supervision and take charge of the store when necessary.
Open availability and flexibility to meet customer demand and business needs.
Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and interest in working with customers in a retail setting.
Proven ability to build and work as part of a team, handle responsibility, and understand the needs of the street lifestyle customer.
Willingness to work in multiple stores within the assigned district.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work extended hours during critical project phases and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build customer relationships by providing professional, courteous, attentive, honest, and responsive service, identifying customer needs, and offering knowledgeable product assistance.
Use basic fashion and trend knowledge to recommend appropriate merchandise while maintaining company standards and building customer relationships.
Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward the job and company.
Comply with and enforce company policies.
Participate in service training and product programs.
Assist the Store Manager in monitoring and identifying loss or inventory inconsistencies to help the store meet shrink goals.
Monitor and control operational compliance, safety, and business standards.
Support employee training in suggested selling and merchandising techniques.
Help minimize inventory shrinkage by preventing shoplifting and internal theft, and follow loss prevention and security procedures.
Follow point-of-sale procedures, balance money received during assigned work, and work with management to investigate discrepancies.
Keep management informed of important developments, potential problems, and other relevant information.
Help maintain a neat and orderly sales environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
