About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the friendly face of the brand and provide customers with high-level service throughout their shopping experience. You initiate conversations and assist customers at the cash desk, in fitting rooms, and across the shop floor. You also process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise garments on the shop floor. Working collaboratively with your team, you create welcoming experiences and offer genuine, proactive assistance to customers.

This is a part-time seasonal position, working 10–20 hours per week. Compensation is $17.50.

Requirements

• Be willing and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics; these are not mandatory.
• Previous retail experience and understanding of store operations and customer service.
• Confidence advising customers on fashion trends, materials, and sizing.
