About The Position

We are seeking a Service Champion to live our purpose of: Sharing our Passion for People and Spirits at our newest location in the Willoughby neighbourhood of Langley. JAK’s is a market leader in BC's retail beer, wine, and spirits industry. Requirements

• Polished customer service skills and an interest in our products, specifically wine or craft beer, but also cider and spirits
• Enjoy helping others and building relationships with our guests
• Retail or customer service experience
• Desire to continually learn new things
• Can lift 50lbs safely
• Evening and weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, providing food pairing suggestions where appropriate
• Receive orders, unload pallets and stock the sales floor
• Educate guests about the product and what’s behind each bottle
• Maintain overall presentation of the store
• Process orders at the till, ensuring that each guest has an excellent in-store experience
• Complete warehouse duties (stocking shelves, stacking pallets, reorganizing the warehouse area, etc.)
