About The Position
Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate for their Eastland Mall location. This role is ideal for someone who wants a flexible schedule that fits their lifestyle, stepping in during peak hours to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Flex Sales Associate will act as a Pandora Fan, responsible for exceeding sales goals, engaging customers, and sharing product knowledge to inspire them. Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches. The role requires a results-oriented seller with strong communication skills, the ability to connect with people, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. The schedule can vary significantly, from as little as 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
