About The Position

A highly reputable company is looking for an Sales Associate to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to supporting account managers by managing customer accounts and requests, assist with sales forecasting, working within SAP, excel, and much more! This is a Contract position based out of Hazlet, NJ. This is a fully onsite position in Hazlet,NJ.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in sales
Proficient within Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

SAP experience preffered

Responsibilities

Support Account Managers by managing customer accounts and requests.
Coordinate pricing, quotations, product samples, and documentation.
Process and monitor customer orders from receipt through delivery.
Partner with manufacturing, planning, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Communicate directly with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and account inquiries.
Assist with sales forecasting and reporting.
Investigate order discrepancies, customer concerns, and service-related issues.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate customer records in SAP and Excel.
