About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate for their Ocean County Mall location. This role is ideal for someone who wants a flexible schedule that fits their lifestyle, stepping in during peak hours to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Flex Sales Associate will act as a Pandora brand ambassador, sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers with styling advice, and driving sales. This position requires a results-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with a variable schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role also involves upholding merchandising standards and assisting with other assigned duties.

Requirements

Demonstrate you're a results-oriented seller.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
