About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at the Glendale Galleria location. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, where you will support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods. You will share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewellery, and create an unforgettable shopping experience. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. The role offers a flexible schedule, working anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons, stepping in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller
- Developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization
- At least 18 years or older
- Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Timely arrival to work
