About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic customer connections and guiding each customer’s shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor, collaborate with your team to deliver personalized customer experiences, and support an inviting store environment. The role involves providing thoughtful customer service, sharing product knowledge, supporting brand loyalty, maintaining visual and operational standards, and using technology and available tools to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations and build productive relationships with colleagues.
Requirements
