About The Position

As Assistant Manager at Lee Premium Outlets, you support the customer experience and help shape a strong store culture for associates. As a store leader, you nurture relationships with customers and associates. You help create a customer-focused environment, lead and model the brand’s behaviors on the sales floor, coach associates, and support the Store Manager with talent and store operations. The role is regular, full-time, and pays $19.00–$23.75 per hour.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Have strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail management experience (preferred).
