About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting store by keeping merchandise organized and correctly positioned on the sales floor. In collaboration with your team, you create personalized customer experiences and support the store environment.

You listen to customers’ needs, share product knowledge and styling recommendations, and provide personalized service that builds brand loyalty. You uphold visual and operational standards, use available technology to support company priorities and promotions and provide an omnichannel shopping experience, and partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations. You also build productive relationships with colleagues by sharing ideas and offering help.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
