Outlet Sales Associate
About The Position
RH is seeking a passionate, sales-driven Outlet Sales Associate to deliver extraordinary customer experiences. Working with team members across the store, the associate proactively engages customers and meets their needs through personalized service and attention. The role is suited to a driven, customer-focused professional who champions the RH brand, embraces quality, and builds lasting relationships. RH Outlets offer an elevated luxury-value experience in home furnishings. They curate discontinued, returned, and slightly imperfect items, extending the life of RH designs and making great design more accessible. The role includes representing the RH brand, educating customers about products and craftsmanship, maintaining expertise in the RH assortment and services, supporting merchandise presentation, processing transactions, and contributing to sales goals. The position also requires physical activity, including moving items weighing up to 50 pounds and maneuvering throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings.
- Proven success exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise.
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
Responsibilities
- Represent the RH brand through professional communication, a brand-reflective presence, and exceptional service.
- Engage and educate customers on RH products, highlighting features, benefits, and craftsmanship to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the full RH assortment, services, and policies to confidently meet customer needs.
- Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the RH aesthetic and uphold brand integrity.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions to provide a seamless purchasing experience.
- Actively contribute to team sales goals and support overall store success.
