About The Position

Faherty is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate in Newport Beach. The Sales Associate is a key member of the customer service team, creating memorable customer experiences through energetic, authentic engagement and storytelling. The role requires strong knowledge of the brand’s products, sustainable fashion, and personal style. Associates support seamless experiences across retail stores and ecommerce, contribute to sales and performance goals, and advocate for the brand’s purpose. Requirements

Experience in a similar role or scope.
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a variety of platforms.
A track record of achieving personal results in a retail business, including consistently exceeding sales and performance goals.
Ability to use technology and apps.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
Comfort with climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to engage with customers and nurture relationships.
Resourcefulness, initiative, curiosity, openness to feedback, and a commitment to learning and growth.
