About The Position

This role is for a Flex Sales Associate who will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. The Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) role is designed to fit your lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

Requirements

Demonstrate you are a results-oriented seller.
Possess 'Care' in communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
