About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at the Bridgewater Commons Mall location. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role fits a flexible lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches) to support store operations and deliver exceptional fan experiences. Associates will share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewelry, and uphold merchandising and retail operational standards. A flexible schedule is required, varying with business needs, including periods with few scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Demonstrate results-oriented selling.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Work approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
