About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate for their City Creek Center location. This role is ideal for someone who wants a flexible schedule that fits their lifestyle, stepping in during peak hours to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Flex Sales Associate will act as a Pandora Fan, responsible for surpassing sales goals, engaging customers, and sharing product knowledge to inspire self-expression through Pandora's jewelry.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Reliable and able to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
