About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate provides excellent customer service and actively promotes merchandise sales. The role operates a cash register and handles payment transactions, receives and unpacks daily merchandise deliveries, and puts merchandise away. The associate uses the selling techniques required for the position and keeps selling areas neat, clean, and compliant with visual standards. Retail Sales Associates consistently demonstrate required customer service behaviors and position service standards. Employees should be outgoing, upbeat, energetic, flexible, and reliable. Scheduled days and shifts may change to meet business demands. Candidates must be willing and able to cross-train and work in all other Retail outlets.
