About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate provides excellent customer service and actively promotes the sale of merchandise. The role operates a cash register and handles payment transactions, receives and unpacks daily merchandise deliveries, and puts merchandise away. The associate uses the selling techniques required for the position and maintains neat, clean selling areas that comply with visual standards. Retail Sales Associates consistently demonstrate required customer service behaviors and position service standards. Employees should be outgoing, upbeat, energetic, flexible, and reliable. Scheduled days and shifts may change to meet business demands, and associates must be willing and able to be cross-trained and work in other Retail outlets.
