About The Position

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador, build authentic connections with customers, and guide their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. The role helps maintain an inviting store by keeping merchandise organized and properly displayed on the sales floor, while collaborating with the team to create personalized customer experiences.

The Sales Associate delivers attentive, customer-focused service, shares product knowledge, supports visual and operational standards, and uses available technology to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. The position is part-time at the Brea Mall store in Brea, California.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
