About The Position

Volkswagen of Tacoma is hiring Sales Consultants immediately. This is a high-income opportunity where top performers earn $60K–$150K+ annually with uncapped commission, paid training, and a steady flow of customer leads. No automotive sales experience is required. We train the right people.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
Effective communication skills
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Basic mathematical aptitude
Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Work with customers in-store, online, and by phone
Match customers with the right Volkswagen vehicle
Present features, value, and technology
Follow up consistently with leads and appointments
Close sales and build repeat business
