About The Position

We are actively hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives. This is a great opportunity to begin a career in nonprofit outreach, community engagement, public relations, or event marketing while making a meaningful impact in local communities. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you build strong skills in communication, outreach, public engagement, and event coordination.

Requirements

• Passionate about community service, nonprofit work, or public engagement
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communicators
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Available for evening and weekend events as required

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and community-based organizations at events, outreach programs, and public campaigns
• Engage directly with community members to share information about programs, services, and initiatives
• Promote awareness of charitable causes, encouraging participation, donations, and volunteer involvement
• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of community events and outreach activities
• Distribute educational and promotional materials at events and public locations
• Track and report engagement metrics, attendance, and outreach performance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful campaign execution
• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills in communication, outreach, and leadership
